Located in a quiet area of Albufeira, in Central Algarve, Portugal, Parque da Corcovada comprises of luxury low rise apartments set in beautiful landscaped gardens. The resort has an adult pool, children's pool and nearby cafe bar and mini golf. Ideally situated for holiday makers, the apartment is located within an easy walk of restaurants, shops, bars and supermarkets.


Our large and spacious 2 bedroom, 1st floor apartment is a real home from home. Equipped with everything you will need to make your holiday as relaxing as possible the apartment is furnished to a very high standard and with over 300 days of sunshine in the Algarve and full air-conditioning and heating throughout, they are an ideal all year-round holiday destination. The windows of the apartment are fitted with electro thermal shutters which when lowered can help control the temperatures in the apartment which is particularly beneficial at night allowing you to keep windows open but shutters down allowing air to circulate room. There is a ramp leading up to the main entrance to the apartment block and lift access to all floors.
The apartment has a video entry system for added security
Lounge: The spacious living area has 2 comfortable sofas (one a sofa bed), coffee table, 32” LCD TV and DVD/CD player with good selection of DVDs and CDs.
The large south facing balcony that receives the sun from late morning to sunset, overlooks the landscaped gardens, lawns and swimming pool.
Kitchen: The fully fitted and well equipped kitchen is fitted with Siemens washing machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher, gas hob and electric oven and microwave. Leading off from the kitchen is a small early morning sunshine balcony with bistro table and chairs.
Master Bedroom: The master bedroom has king size bed, spacious fitted wardrobes and drawers, bedside cabinets. There is an en-suite with bath and shower over bath, vanity unit, toilet and bidet.

Twin Bedroom: Bedroom 2 has twin beds, spacious fitted wardrobes and drawer unit, bedside cabinet and chair. This bedroom also has a safe to store your valuables.

The room has a large king size bed, leather chair, 2 bedside cabinets with bedside lamps, fitted wardrobes with additional drawer space. En-suite bathroom with bath and shower over bath, toilet and bidet, wash basin with fitted vanity unit and cupboard space.

Bedroom 2 is furnished to the same high standard with twin beds, leather bedside chair, bedside cabinet and lamp, built in wardrobes with extra drawer space and a safe. The room has airconditioning unit and the electro-thermal shutters can help to keep the room cool during the day. Travel cot and high chair available on request.
