Early arrivals and late departures can often be accommodated but are subject to apartment changeover schedule.

The owner may accept other currencies if specifically agreed in advance.

Additional information about rental rates

  • 20% non-refundable booking deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance payable 10 weeks prior to arrival date.

  • Refundable breakages deposit of £200 required with balance of payment, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection and key return). £50 will be deducted from breakage deposit for each set of keys unreturned.

  • Payment by PayPal, Bank Transfer or Cheque. Dates will be secured upon receipt of cleared funds. Will also accept payment in Euros by prior arrangement. * Please note an additional 2% will be charged for PayPal transactions to cover PayPal administration fees. Please contact us for further details.

  • The apartment is cleaned to a very high standard prior to arrival. A mid week clean and laundry change can be arranged at a cost of £30 for a 2 person booking, £40 for a 4 person booking and £50 for 5 person booking.


Optional Extras:

Transfers from Faro airport can be arranged at a very competitive price.
