Additional information about rental rates

  • 25% non-refundable booking deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance payable 10 weeks prior to arrival date.
  • £200 (refundable) breakage / damage security deposit required with payment of balance. This is refunded 10 to 14 days after departure date once management company has verified no damage/breakages etc.

  • Payment by PayPal, Bank Transfer or Cheque. Dates will be secured upon receipt of cleared funds. Will also accept payment in Euros by prior arrangement. * Please note an additional 2% will be charged for PayPal transactions to cover PayPal administration fees. Please contact us for further details.
